How It Works
1. Introduce a project (plans, contract, or project details)
2. Atlanta Steel reviews the project and provides pricing
3. Complete building material packages are supplied for construction
4. You earn a commission on the completed project
Compensation
Sales representatives earn commissions based on the total value of building material packages and framing systems supplied.
Typical Commission Ranges:
Small Residential 3% – 5%
Custom|Mid-Size 4% – 7%
Multifamily|Commercial 5% – 8%+
Final commission percentages vary based on project size, scope, and total material package value.
